My mom is in memory care and my dad in assisted living. The staff is caring and attentive. The facility is well maintained and clean. I would recommend it without a second thought.
My mother in law lives in the Meadows. Staff is wonderful! It is clean and cheerful. The best thing is the stability of the staff. We see the same staff with little to no turnover. So important!

Shout out to Fen Pointe staff for going above and beyond this weekend. My mom adores football and wanted to watch the first game. No one knew how to get the game on the TV as the usual Tech guy was not on yet. Massa suggested I ask the staff nurse who happened to be Esther and she worked hard to get the right components and remotes to work to make it happen even though her IT knowledge was almost as limited as mine. My wife and I both live here and we love it! Great options on how to live, great staff, great neighbors and best of all a wide variety of activities.
This place is amazing! Both of my grandparents lived here. The staff are so welcoming, loving and caring. They get to know the families that visit just as much as the people who live there and they genuinely care about their residents. Thoughtful staff help plan many activities for all residents, not just the memory care residents or the independent living people, but EVERYONE! I couldn't be happier that my sister and brother in law reside at this facility. They are so happy there and are involved in all of the activities/fun that this facility provides. It is a beautiful place to call home.
