Savage Properties is great. They are attentive, understanding and honest. Their staff is great and Catlin is the best.
Catastrophic! Everything in the apartment looked nice at first, but functionality is quite bad, the hot water in the shower is only lukewarm and the central air system is just a complete mess. Moreover, the apartment is incredibly overpriced, the promised amenities like a gym and a rooftop terrace were not available, for example our patio was a construction site for the whole year with workers running past my window every morning looking directly into my room when the curtains are not closed. Had the pleasure of renting from Savage Properties this past year and cannot recommend them enough. I’ve lived under multiple landlords/property managers and Savage is incredibly professional and fair to its tenants. They also have an easy to use and efficient tenant portal. The portal makes paying rent and requesting maintenance quick and simple. If you find a property managed by Savage, I highly recommend renting from them based on the staff here if nothing else.
