The rear door broke on our Heartland Wilderness. I got in touch with Savage and they showed up right on time. Unfortunately, the door has to be replaced. Darrell did a thorough inspection of the camper and found issues I didn't know I had. Savanna checked the roof and found no issues. My brinkley G3500 garage air conditioner was not working properly, so I called the Savage Mobile RV to diagnose and help me get a warranty claim to GE. Savahanna was very helpful in getting the issue identified, getting a replacement GE AC, and scheduling the installation. If you have any issues with your RV, Savage Mobile RV is the company to call.
Savannah helped me get a warranty replacement on my GE air conditioner and made sure the installation was completed within my schedule. I can not talk highly enough on how great they are. If you have any RV issues, they are the mobile tech you should call first. Thank you Savage Mobile RV Service
They service RVs and campers no more than 20 years old due to limitations with replacement parts and such. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. I was able to schedule an inspection relatively soon.
