We called Savage to sevice our deisel truck in Atlanta, because we wanted mobile service. We gave Justin, our technician, about $2k to buy parts for our truck. He seems very knowledgeable and I felt like our interaction was genuinely fiendly. He came back to work on it (without the parts) and said there was an even bigger issue with the truck and he would need to come back another day. He never came back.
