Completely Unprofessional. Horrible Horrible Horrible. I had an interaction with “Linda” who went through the process of creating my quote only to sit on it for days. She told me it had to go through the underwriting process and that she sent it off for that but when i called the office 4 days later she is telling me she’s not sure who I spoke to last but that whoever it was they didn’t do anything with the quote.
