I’m so happy I found Savage and Sarah is amazing I will be going back.
Walked in for a quick cut on a Wednesday during non peak hours and was instantly turned around with a “we’re fully booked” *takes a look around and sees 3 employees on their phone doing absolutely nothing* sure. Terrible customer service.
I went here for a haircut once and loved it. Later scheduled an appointment for a root touch up and had to cancel due to an emergency that came up. The next time I tried to reschedule the owner had an attitude because I cancelled even though I apologized. I called back 3-4 times again wanting to schedule another appointment and they kept saying they’re booked. Like really? You have no availability ever no matter how early I book?
