Jo is amazing! I dyed my hair for the first time ever with her, and got it cut for the first time in 2 years- she was so understanding of my apprehensions and cluelessness about hair care! I felt at ease and didn't feel pressured into anything I wasn't dire of. I also learned a ton and left with some amazing product that I'm confident will improve my hairs health. She picked some colors and put together the coolest mix of hilights I've ever seen! Thank you Jo!

Just got my hair cut for the first time after swearing off salons for probably 6 months like some jilted lover. I walked in a mess. I had been cutting my own bangs, for heaven's sakes! Shannon put me right at ease, deftly sizing up a great look for my hair, then collaborating with me for the final plan. Music, atmosphere, hair washing, conversation, product, cut....all 5 stars! And...free bang trims, so I'll resist the urge in the future! Thanks Shannon and SB!
