Terrible company, had a piece of equipment scheduled to go out on a Monday, no-show no call, called on Tuesday, they said they would call me back with an answer. Again, no-show, no call. It is now Wednesday and I have been on Hold for 20 minutes and they still cannot come up with an answer. My customer is upset, I am upset and you can’t even get a return phone call.
Been here since April of 2017. Great people who treat you good. Plenty of miles and good equipment and pay.
Grate company.treat the employees like family.you are not a number.
WARNING: If you ship a pallet or something else with them and it gets to your customer and the customer wants a lift gate and or extras they will bill the shipper without even checking if the extras are ok to charge. They are not looking out for the shipper the one paying for the services. Most other shipping company's will not use a lift gate or any extras unless marked or without checking with the shipper first.
I love that Sav Express is the greatest thing I have ever done by coming to Sav Express. Because it is a family orientated company.
