This place is a joke. It took them over 2 weeks to fill my wife’s prescription and they also gave her a wrong prescription and now our insurance won’t accept the correct prescription so we had to pay out of pocket because of the pharmacy’s mistake. The pharmacist said they dr prescribed the prescription they gave my wife so I asked him to print it out and show us and when he did it showed that the dr did prescribe the correct medication and they did not give us the correct one. Seriously the BEST pharmacy around! 10 stars for service. I recently switched from another big named pharmacy that took forever to pick up the phone and hardly available. This pharmacy is so quick and efficient. Everyone is so friendly.
I went tonight to pick up some medicine and Gavin M. Help me with that. He was rude and unprofessional. I ask him about a new medication that my doctor recommended and he didn’t want to take the time to explain, I always look for better prices with my goldrx card and never before have problems and he didn’t respect one of the prices that was there. He looked annoyed and I know is the end of the day but I am tired as well and I was never disrespectful.
