I'm in Washington state, and after struggling to transfer a prescription to Walgreens out here - and encountering really impatient, curt customer service with that Walgreens - I gave up and called the Osco pharmacy in Billings Heights to see if they could accommodate a Rx transfer for traveling. There was almost no hold time, I was connected right to someone working in the pharmacy, and they were patient, kind, and helpful! Thank you so much.

I enjoy the gal that works the counter closest to the drive-thru. She has long brown hair and she is always so kind. I think she wears a pin that says "Happy Pills," so she has a sense of humor too!
You are so much better than Walgreens. I'm so glad I'm here.
