To the pharmacy- make sure you push the hold button before you start talking about the person on the phone. I am sorry you had to do your job and that upset you.
Great little pharmacy. I went here initially because it was down the street. We moved, but I still go here because I really like the employees and they actually answer the phone when you call! Shocking, I know. I have two very minor frustrations- they all take lunch at the same time so the pharmacy is closed fr 1:30-2. All the pharmacists and techs are amazing especially debbie and Mr. Lin. It's even out of my way now and I still use them because of their customer service.
Because of Loraina, I am one and done at this Sav-On location. Obnoxiously rude. Why would you preemptively tell your customer you plan to be unhelpful in meeting their needs?
