Impossible to deal with the company for an insurance claim. My neighbor had work done on their property by SaveATree (SE PA branch). A limb fell onto my property and damaged an exterior lighting fixture. I provided two quotes for the repairs back in May 2018; one for work by the electrician, and one for the cost of the new fixture. I emailed them several times and all I was told was that the claim had been submitted to insurance.
