A nightmare to even schedule
I have been a patient with them for nearly 5 years and have always been happy with their service until recently. The last 2 times I’ve made an appointment I am in the waiting room for over an hour guaranteed, which it’s like whatever but is obviously annoying. I don’t have a specific physician so I’m flexible on who I can see. Today I had an appointment for 11am, I got 2 separate texts confirming my appointment. Doctors are patient, judgement free and don’t pressure me into making decisions and makes me feel comfortable during appointments
Boooo tomatoes 🍅🍅🍅🍅 The best thing about this office is the short wait time (typically) and the front staff/medical assistants (hey Rachel) Dr. Sauter has a nasty attitude and even resigned being my doctor while I was in labor. I delivered at Henderson hospital and they were very forceful with trying to give pitocin (stop interfering with natural order of things) .
