RecommendedWent in to have a ring polished/refinished. She recommended that I do a brushed finish in order to cover up the small nicks. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the amazing customer service that was provided, especially for a service that was less than $40. She also gave me recommendations on where I could sale the ring (since that was my reason behind having it refinished).
The stone fell out of my engagement ring while on a road trip through California, my fiancé brought it to Sausalito Jewelry to be fixed and we were both so happy with his decision. They showed so much attention to detail and experience working with high quality jewelry. They were able to fix my ring in less than 24 hours and gave it back to us better than brand new. This is not a job. They get to make people unbelievably happy, all day, every day. How is that a job? Also, this is not a jewelry store... this is a place where actual magic happens. I get a bit cynical, and the tourist-type location would make me overlook the storefront. Warm, real, honest Jewlers. Sam and his team are creative and accommodating for any budget. If you want to buy something, he has a lovely collection, if you want to design something from start to finish, he can do that, if you want to transform your inherited jewelry into something that you will wear today - more to your liking - he will work with you until you are happy. Great styles and fantastic service
These guys are absolutely the best. They have beautiful pre-made jewelry but can also custom make anything you want. Amazing quality and value. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn't already have a go-to jeweler.

Sam and Jen were fantastic to work with. When there was a snafu with my ring order, they took it upon themselves to make sure I got my ring in time no matter what and that I was totally pleased with everything. When I discovered my ring was a little big, they quickly resized it at no extra charge. Great design, awesome customer service, and affordable prices, I'm definitely glad I went with Sausalito Jewelers!
