I’m so unbelievably unhappy with this place. When you can get service, it’s okay, but the front desk is abysmal and has made my experience here much worse. I know front desk is doing their best, but even the psychiatrist I have been meeting with has been so unprofessional and insanely unhelpful. Late to every single meeting we have had (only 3) for over 20 min. I have a meeting for 3p today (it’s 345) with 2 reschedules and the meeting link they send me for telehealth has been having the most basic issue of me not having acc... read more
This place should be closed down. They don't answer the phone. They frequently do not call or show up to appointments. They cancel last minute or day of but don't reschedule your appointment.
Staff never picks up the phone or never returns calls. Horrible services.
The care I received has been professional and timely. I felt safe and cared for. A vast majority of the visits were via zoom which was very convenient. This location was easy to reach and park at.
