I'm a current resident and overall, I'm really happy living here. The management is great, and everything else about the community has been a positive experience. My only wish is that the laundry area was cleaner and the machines worked a bit better and that the pool schedule be more flexible, since when one is coming home from work they are practically closing it.

I’ve been living here for almost 4 years, and overall it’s been a great experience. Management has done an excellent job accommodating my needs—especially Matthew and Mariely, who are always professional and helpful. Maintenance is also quick to respond whenever I submit a request. My only suggestions would be to keep the pool open a little later, clean the common areas more frequently, and consider not increasing the rent so much each year. We resided in the pale yellow buildings just off the main saunders crossing complex between spring 2024-2025. The maintenance team is reluctant to respond to emergency requests (active wastewater flooding and lockout in freezing temperatures in our case). When they have responded to requests they take the opportunity to be needlessly dismissive, aggressive, and condescending. My experience with Lis in the office has been great. She has been super helpful in my application process. She is very friendly and has answers to any questions I may have. She goes above and beyond she even stayed a little late to go over some things with me. I think the company is lucky to have her.
