I called five times and after a week of no response Saunders Crossing made me come in person to tell me that there are no accessible apartments to see. I called and was told there are accessible apartments on the ground level and that a leasing agent would email me sometime during the week to let me know which accessible apartments are available for my move-in date and that this email would arrive before our scheduled apartment showing.
