I was training with this amazing staff. And I saw how long the wait times are. Which all staff were saddened to see. I saw countless patients and that they had very few doctors that are actually staffed. I realise that when patients come to emerge they want quick times, but unfortunately, there isn't many doctors on staff. This city has an extreme doctor shortage , in hospital and for family practices. The nurse to patient ratio is huge. The worst experience ever had i my whole life. Waiting more than 4 hours in a pain and staff doesn't care about anything. Government musy have to take action and staff must be change. In an emergency they took 6 to 7 hours. Better to go somewhere else rather than die in the waiting list.
