I called in the morning and by the afternoon, as there was an opening, my job was done. Replaced springs and cables that I needed and also pointed out other repairs I might like to consider addressing either that day or in the near future. Price seemed reasonable to me but I did not get any other quotes to compare. Overall very satisfied with time in responding to my home advisor query, scheduling the job and quality of work.
I think they were professional and did a good job. However, they seems to overcharge ( I would say almost double and even that after haggling for price) for parts. Also, they do more than what is needed as replacement. For example, they replaced pulleys (that were in perfect condition and they charged $25 a piece.

When you called into our office you said you need a spring replaced, and the office told you how much the cost would be over the phone. When the technician arrived at your home for the repair, not only did you need both springs replaced, the cables were frayed, and also the 2 pully's that attach to the extension springs were worn and had to be replaced. I am more than satisfied. Regularly, many companies take advantage of women, the two wonderful men who came to my house did an excellent job. They were happy to answer my questions. In addition I am Hispanic, and they treat me the same way than other races. I talked to my friends recommended your company for garage doors. Outstanding job!!! Thank you so much.!!!!!! They came right away and helped to work within my budget.
Great service and installation. Responsive to all my emails and calls and was helpful when I changed my order from the original quote. Had an issue with the door not closing properly about 2 weeks after installation and they came the next day and fixed it. Would gladly recommend to all my friends.

Hello Ken, I thought when we spoke to each other that the house was getting knocked down and all debri would be put with the house demolition. Take down and haul away of the door and tracks is always put into the truck to dispose of. On the final walk thru nothing was mentioned about the debri when you signed off , maybe I misunderstood? Was glad service was able to come out on a Saturday!Really needed access to my car and they came within an hour.Service engineer Got door open and replaced springs in 30 minutes,seemed knowledgeable and efficient
My initial call was returned within 15 minutes, which is what the message said--- I had waited for return calls from other companies for days. I received a quote promptly, they arrived on site as scheduled and service --new door -- was done promptly and efficiently. So glad I found this company to do the service.
