Door was sticking after a week and would not close. Called company to have them come out and look but they never returned my call or came out. Appears once they get their money, they are done.

Sal came out right away, on a Saturday, to fix our garage door opener and access keypad. It turned out to be a relatively easy fix and he was done very quickly. He clearly knew what he doing and did it very well. We will definitely call again if we have garage door trouble.
Mike was very personable and efficient. He was able to quickly assess the issue that two other people could not. He made the repairs and did an inspection of my garage door. He also greased the rollers and provided a new pull cord. Overall, very happy with the service! I would recommend them.
The team was timely and professional. They showed me how the new garage door opener works with bluetooth, etc.
he came when he said he would. He came with equipment needed. He fixed the problem I reported, plus a secondary problem related to "pulley". Everything now works fine. Issues? Service was advertised as $350, actual cost $610. The $350 was advertised by Home Advisor and their vendor did not deliver. I paid $610 and gave a garage door opener that opens and closes -- this has not closed by remote for years -- opens and closes by remote. I am happy.
Mike was knowledgeable and realistic about the project.
Great quality work at fair cost. I'll definitely use them going forward go garage door repairs.
