Charged my sister $1,100 for a $100 bill but addressed and solved it over the phone
new years eve event sucked. every staff member i interacted with was rude. music was disappointing. the event details online promised a complimentary drink if we arrived before 10pm, but bartenders didnt honor that. and the drink deals offered at the bar weren't as cheap as what their website said. just completely lied to us lol. it also smelled horrible in there the whole time. vibes just sucked. only thing that made the night good was being with friends. dont come here if you wanna have a good time
Honestly just really disappointed. I bought tickets for Sauf Haus’s NYE event thinking that meant entry was guaranteed, but after waiting in line for over an hour we never even got inside. We were told they were already at capacity, which makes no sense if tickets were sold ahead of time. A place hosting a ticketed New Year’s Eve event should know exactly how many people they can let in. It was frustrating, felt poorly organized, and completely ruined our plans for the night. Not how anyone wants to start the new year.
We had a private event at Sauf Haus this month and had a fantastic experience! Kewin & and his team are wonderful to work with. Our guests had the best time. Can't wait to do it again next year!
Arrived at 9:30 on Thursday, thankfully the kitchen was still open I don't know the name of the DJ was that showed up at 10pm but he was AMAZING. For all my millenial & gen z girls, he was playing back to back to back hits from early. I was on the dance floor for as long as possible. Will be back for this (and the beer & pretzels of course)
