I’ve had my vehicle in there multiple times (4 times to be exact) to be serviced because of an issue with my car chugging, engine light coming on, and acting up in general. They’ve had my car for a total of 2 months all together combined with all the days they’ve had it and each time I’ve come in to pick up my “fixed” car, it was never fixed when they assured me it was and then proceeded to ask me for payment. I am a registered nurse. Roger took that information to make me believe that they were giving me 2 “free” oil changes for my service as a front line worker during this time of a pandemic. Told me how high regard he had for what I was doing right now for the people with COVID 19 and for that they were throwing in free oil changes. All the while, they do this for EVERYONE!!! So this happened today. I have been researching new cars for 3 weeks now. I was nervous, armed, and ready for that frustrating car buying experience - I FELT NONE OF THAT AT SAUERS!!!! Kim and his staff are nothing but transparent and fair - he answered all my questions BEFORE I asked them, his offers were way below fair market value and included fees, AND they were able to secure a lower percentage rate than I anticipated. Due to a recent service encounter with the garage at Sauers, the only recommendation I would leave for Sauers is DONT GO THERE for ANYTHING! My family has bought numerous vehicles here and a simple fix turned into a complete fiasco. We were talked down to, lied to and lied about. We will be taking our business to trustworthy, honest entities from this point forward and highly suggest that if you are reading this, that you will too!
