Dr Sauer is one of the most caring and detail oriented Endodontists I have ever been to! She talked me through the procedure, and made sure I did not feel a thing, putting my nerves at bay. She even called me at 8am to tell me she could take me a little earlier! I’ve never had such an amazing Dr!! I will never go anywhere else.

Very professional staff and a wonderful experience overall. I had a root canal done in the same time other dentists have taken to fill a cavity. Dr. Sauer makes certin you are experiencing no pain through out the process and takes the time to talk to you and explain what's going on step by step so you are never left wandering what's next while being treated. She even took the time after business hours the next day to call and check on me. 10 out of 10 would recommend I am beyond impressed.
Never in a million years would I have expected a root canal to go so well. Dr. Sauer was so energetic and full of positive energy that she and her assistant Eric made it a breeze. I had an appt. with another Endodontist (sp?) re going to make me wait 4 days. Dr. Sauer saw me the same day. Thank you to the entire staff for making this a great experience.
Dr Sauer was amazing! Not only was she very professional explaining each step of the procedure, she also was very spunky and full of life. Her staff included Eric and Brook who were likewise very friendly. As busy as her schedule is, I was taken back immediately and treated like I was the only patient around. Everything went like clockwork. I even received a call from Dr Sauer the next day to see if I was doing ok. The office environment is very nice and comfortable. I liked the openness.
First the staff neglected to tell me they they didn’t take my insurance. I paid $600 at the office. Second I told them up front I’m hard to numb and they told(insured) me not to worry. NOT! The pain continues as she left my tooth so jagged it has shredded my tongue unmercifully. They call daily wanting more money. Basically. I don’t recommend this dentist.
I am terrified of dentists due to a history of bad trauma from dentists. I was referred to Dr. Sauer for a root canal and was a nervous wreck but she was gentle and told me what to expect in detaiil. I would highly recommend her for root canal services.
Dr. Sauer is a caring and passionate professional. Bedside manor is very personable and sincere. I would highly recommend to everyone.
I had a root canal 4 years ago and when I recently had to have another, there was no question where I was going. Dr. Sauer makes her patients feel relaxed. She is very thorough and very gentle. The office is equipped with the latest technology but feels comfortable with televisions in the treatment area and coffee in the waiting room. And her staff is awesome!
