While the initial care was good, all interactions with the staff focused on payment. I had a follow up appointment and received a phone call from the practice 15-20 minutes prior to confirm insurance, which had changed. The person correctly stated that prior coverage had expired, then asked if I have coverage, and '..are you sure it's active...?' Fifteen minutes prior to the appointment, owing them $0.00. There were no questions about my health, only about payment. Won't go back and will tell others.

I can not say enough good things about Springhurst Endodontics! Everyone is amazing, from the ladies at the desk, techs to Dr. Jolanta Sauer! As soon as I was told I needed a root canal I became VERY anxious. I feared the pain. During my consultation with Dr. Sauer she said 'don't worry, no pain.' The office staff were very friendly and professional. They got me on quick. Dr. Sauer and her assistant are amazing and have an excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend them if you need painless, quick, and efficient service.
Dr. Sauer did root canals on both my husband and I and mine was more difficult but she was able to do it and also checked up on both of us to make sure we were feeling okay. I would highly recommend her. The office staff is also great! Very accommodating w my schedule.
This root canal was a breeze. Dr. Sauer does her job with excellence. She is warm, friendly and reassuring. I felt no pain, whatsoever. Her assistant, Eric, was also the best! I’d recommend Dr. Sauer hands down.., she is super awesome!
Beyond swift and patient-centered treatment, Dr. Sauer had an angelic demeanor. Her staff was delightful in demeanor and from a business standpoint as expeditious as I could imagine. For a medical office, they offered a case-study in patient-service and efficiency.
Dr. Sauer is professional, kind and has a very calm demeanor. I have anxiety with dental work and she really puts me at ease. Cannot thank her or Eric and all the staff enough…they are amazing!!!
