Hands-down, the absolute best dental experience in my entire 61 years. Dr. Sauer took all the time needed to explain, and make sure I understood, exactly what he was doing. I'd never had a dentist take his time like that. He fixed one of my crowns with absolutely ZERO pain. My dental cleaning was thorough, and with the laser deep-cleaning (which I'd never had) I feel certain that my teeth were the cleanest they could be by the time I left. I'm not sure where we got off on the wrong foot, but they wanted to charge me $988 for a "bacterial deep cleaning" and a cavity fill. They said they could not fill my cavity unless the did the other bacterial cleaning service which was over $960. The $988 bill was after my insurance was applied! The X ray machine was also down for some time and my appointment was over 1 hour just to find out they could not help me unless I paid them $1000. They said it was against supervisory care to not do the service. They would not let me... read more

My son was seen by a lady. I would not recommend this place. She seemed not to care at all. My child left the same way he came in. She didn’t even try to minimize the pain. Meanwhile I took him somewhere else and they were on it right away. I didn’t have to advise them of anything. This location is not taking care of their patients. The overall experience way a 3 out of 10.
