The do it yourself 1st bay the wash is horrible the hose leaked wheel cleaner all over me and got worst when I went under the up top connection I’m not writing this to complain I’m writing it to get it fixed my shirt n sunglasses & shorts got soaked in wheel cleaner !
Past two times we went to two separate bays. The very first one, the pressure washer was broken in the cord which was apparently just “fixed” with electrical tape. Soaked us completely trying to rinse off the car and get it over with. Then came back and used the 3rd bay a few weeks later. Nothing better. There was no pressure at all. Had to unfortunately use the auto wash which is not much better. I don’t recommend this location.
I have given it 4 trys with 2 different cars..same result...really doesn't completely clean the finish.noticeable in sunlight.it was both top tier washes that were chosen..the vehicles are a 2025 and 26 so the paint is not the problem..won't be going back.
If I could give no stars I would. I’m used to sparkle and I will never come back here. I put coins in the vacuum that you have to pay for separately and it ate all of my money and didn’t start the vacuum. There’s no employee on site to talk to. I will not be back.
