Very much deserved! Was having HVAC / breaker issues and was told by HVAC to have an electrician check. It’s always nice to have the actual electrician answer the phone instead of an answering service, like with other big businesses. Before even scheduling, James gave me advice regarding contacting PPL to check on the power supply rather than just charging me to schedule an appt. James is professional, well skilled and wants to not merely do the job for the customer and get out. But wants to do the very best for his customers. He is personable and cleans up after the job before he leaves. Wonderful.
