Techs didn’t really seem to know what they were doing. I get that it’s hard to find good help these days, but it’s still frustrating when you’re paying for a service.
Affordable, professional & timely. Not much more you can ask from a company-Michael was my initial point of contact who provided knowledge and walked me through what work was to be done to remedy my duct situation. Technicians Chris & Lou were sent out within a week of putting a deposit down, they were incredibly nice and got the job done in a timely fashion.
All i would say is MIKE IS AWESOME. I had some questions and he took the time to answer my questions on my heat pump. Thanks again Mike.
My wife and I just moved into our house in April and of course our central air/AC didn’t work when the heat came around. I called Saucier and they were extremely responsive. The specialist, Pat, came to our house early and was so nice and understanding about the mess our house was in after the move. He quickly diagnosed the problem and while he was not able to fix the problem as it was an electrical issue, he gave me some references for electricians. We will definitely be calling them again for our HVAC needs. Thank you!!
