the expertise & professionalism encountered with the rectification of our AC problem was outstanding. Of particular note were techs Mike, Fred, Patrick & the tech, forgive one for not remembering their name, from Portland ct. All business should have employees like these & those one spoke to over the phone! KUDOS!!!
