Did you feel safe in this surgeon's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this surgeon answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this surgeon without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them Did this surgeon seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider use excessive foul language? No

If I Had To Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.
