Of all the doctors I have been to over the years, I have never had this happen. I went to Dr Gullapalli for an office visit and knew I had a referreal to see a specialist later that day. Dr. Gullapalli called me the next day first thing in the morning to see how my procedure went and how I was feelling. Not her lovely front office, or very smart and kind Nurse Practioners but the Doctor herself took the time in her busy day to call me. Dr. Satya Gullapalli, MD. has the most amazing and caring bedside manner! Her expertise and knowledge is unsurpassed. The high quality care she has given to my husband has helped make him so much healthier. Thank you, Dr. Satya for spending time with him.
In the approx. 2 years that Dr. Gullapalli has been part of the WellMed practice in Apollo Beach, I have not even seen her. This office has consistently delayed & provided incomplete authorizations despite numerous efforts to get these properly submitted to insurance provider. Also, we've left multiple messages with the office to have Taisha and/or Brenda to call us back regarding authorization processes over a 2-week period and NO return calls have been made.
