In the approx. 2 years that Dr. Gullapalli has been part of the WellMed practice in Apollo Beach, I have not even seen her. This office has consistently delayed & provided incomplete authorizations despite numerous efforts to get these properly submitted to insurance provider. Also, we've left multiple messages with the office to have Taisha and/or Brenda to call us back regarding authorization processes over a 2-week period and NO return calls have been made. Best doctor in the WORLD! Very caring, kind, and honest (even if you don’t like it). She always puts her patients first and treats her staff with the most respect! She is one in a million!
She is my doctor and she is the very best! She really cares about me and it makes a difference for me! She’s very intelligent. She takes the time to get creative and solve problems. Truly is the best in the area. I hope I never lose her!
