I had a truly great buying experience at Team Kia of El Cajon. I was looking to buy a Kia Soul +. Darrell Colson is an amazing salesman! He listened to what I was looking for, a Kia Soul+. I had done my homework before I went. He was engaging, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Had a good knowledge of the Kia product. I wanted a truk and the sales rep wanted too sell me a car after i repeatedly said i need a truk then he brought in some orher sales dude and tried too force me to take the shitty ass deal they have poor i got you sukerrr attitude idiots!
I wasn't greeted, got side-eyed by employees on their phones while waiting for someone to assist me, and the older gentleman who assisted me had this nonchalant-kick-my-feet-up-on-the-desk attitude. I knew then that I wasn't going to be assisted with courtesy. He asked numerous times, "are you trying to trade in a vehicle that isn't registered to you, heh?" Heh? So, I went to Bob Stall Chevrolet in La Mesa where they were very patient with me and my family. We drove off with a brand new Silverado. Thanks Bob Stall!
I don't normally give reviews or comments but the service we received from Chris Espinoza at Kia El Cajon was worthy of praise!!! My mom has been car shopping online for several months and she finally narrowed it down to a Kia or a Nissan, we went to both dealerships in one day and without a doubt Chris was the reason she decided on a Kia. He was honest, professional, and fast. Thank You for making our car buying process enjoyable!

Incompetence at this dealership is unbelievable. Nobody knows current promotions, they all have to ask somebody else, and the last all knowing person is off today. Comeback another day or go to another dealership.
The staff was very helpful and friendly, will definitely be getting another vehicle from Kia in the future
