Reggie Jackson missed a scheduled appointment, and did not bother to call until I had been waiting approximately 2 hours in his office. Extremely unprofessional practice.
Because 1 star is the only option. I have sent 2 emails via web site, 1 voicemail requesting a call, 3 times of speaking to a person, including Reggie, and have yet to receive an email or call back.
