This is more-so a problem with the fact you cannot do a refill through the MHS Genesis patient portal and choose it to go to the hospital. The only option is the Satellite which closes 30 minutes after clinic hrs at the med group, which would be fine if I ever get off on time. So I guess in the end their hours do pose an inconvenience bc I can never make it there unless I take off.
Extremely unfriendly and unhelpful tech, wish I had gotten their name. Refused to call the doctor’s office to verify a non-controlled prescription for a bleeding problem. This is not the first time I have had a problem with this pharmacy. Avoid if you can…
Was able to get my prescription quickly in the morning. If you go at lunch, it will not be quick because everyone will be going at that time as well as past 3:30PM.
