You can be sure that they have your best interest at heart when they give you service recommendations. I just bought a new Toyota after giving my 89 corolla with nearly 300,000 miles to my daughter. They kept that car running impeccably since the time it was new.
Mixed results Unfortunately, the day after getting my oil changed at this garage, my check engine light went on and I discovered the oil cap had not been replaced! Luckily, my car was fine because I checked it immediately, but I can't trust an auto shop if they can't even manage an oil change. Perhaps it was my bad luck, but when I called afterwards to explain what happened to the owner, his only response was, "Sorry, it happens."
