We live at Snyder Triplex and have had a wonderful experience with maintenance done by Ruben and his team. They are on time, knowledgeable, conscientious, and easy to communicate with. Thank you!
I live at LA COSTA, Fullerton for a month now. The complex is managed by Satellite Management Co. DRE #01763045. The management company refused to credit me back with the double payment for one month rent. Their website indicated that there is no autopay set up which triggered setting auto pay twice with two of my accounts hence the double payment.
The worst Customer service experience and office management. We are always having issues wirh the AP/AR department. Its been 3 months that we completed a job for them and still have not received payment. I do not recommend them at all.
Manger of Victorville site is ignorant. Little dogs are unsupervised and allowed to run free causing injury to residents who have dogs on their leashes. It is absolutely so vile that there is a unit where the owner has their DEAD DOG ROTTING on the porch! When corporate was notified nothing has happened. THERE IS NO RIGHT TO PEACEFUL ENJOYMENT which is against the law and no attempts to resolve. Animal control is now involved, the police are now involved and the health department.
