They manage properties all over southern California. I live in a complex in Riverside. The laundry facilities are always a mess (dirty floors, roaches, trash on floor etc.) and most of the machines don't work. I tried for almost two years to get management fix the machines but nothing happened.
I had an issue that was having trouble being resolved, and once Ruben and Felipe came, they went above and beyond, making sure that they did not leave until they found what the issue was and how it was going to be fixed they were courteous and efficient going above and beyond.
We live at Snyder Triplex and have had a wonderful experience with maintenance done by Ruben and his team. They are on time, knowledgeable, conscientious, and easy to communicate with. Thank you!
I live at LA COSTA, Fullerton for a month now. The complex is managed by Satellite Management Co. DRE #01763045. The management company refused to credit me back with the double payment for one month rent. Their website indicated that there is no autopay set up which triggered setting auto pay twice with two of my accounts hence the double payment.
The worst Customer service experience and office management. We are always having issues wirh the AP/AR department. Its been 3 months that we completed a job for them and still have not received payment. I do not recommend them at all.
