Rotating techs,lobby bathroom out of order for months. 1 tech blast music that 90% of the patients don't like. Rude management and most techs don't do the minimum when checking on your general health. If you can avoid this place do it!
I’ve been getting dialysis at this site for the last 9 months. They have provided me a superior level of care. The techs are very gentle with the hookup sticks and the nursing staff stays very much on top of my metrics, like bloodwork and fluid intake. Likewise, the site nurse practitioner and nephrologist provide weekly focused care and work with me towards goals, like transplant. NEVER COME HERE. UNQUALIFIED TECHS/NURSES, THEY WILL NEGLECT YOU AND THEY'RE ALWAYS !! The machines break down CONSISTENTLY. The place is UNMAINTAINED. THEY LEFT MEDICAL SUPPLIES DIRECTLY CONNECTED ONTO PATIENT (A LITERAL SYRINGE NOT 1 BUT 2!!). The patient was underweight, and they still extracted the same amount of water. My love one always complain about the service now he is in hospital with infection that started in arm what was infected. Instead of sending him right away to hospital made appointment which was a week later for access. He had multiple strokes from infection having problems breathing. I am not happy because lose my Son.He cannot walk or speak. Talk with doctor nurse practioner about situation.
