We have always had trouble with our internet (as we live in the country), but didn't complain because a tech always came out to fix whatever it was that needed done. Our internet is shotty. We don't have cable, just Netflix, Hulu, and Prime video. This last time, that my husband actually called to complain, no one answered. When a representative did return the call they said, "that's not our tower. Wehave consistently had problems with it and we aren't servicing it at the moment". So we got DirecTV I'm one year ago it's supposed to fit a two-year lock the two-year lock is that after a year they can charge you the other year anything they please so after a year if you get DIRECTV your bill is going to double they're ripping people off their f****** Liars f****** garbage
About half an hour ago, posted I had no service again (same thing happened last weekend, fixed mid Monday). Now fixed. THANK YOU! Have been very happy with SCI. Good to know you can call anytime and usually get a live person or can at least leave msg. Only a couple issues in past years, have been fixed right away. Thanks!
