Not sure about other locations, but New Iberia location is trash nowthat it’s no longer Rich’s. Definitely not going back

RecommendedI went here today for my first time but will definitely to return for 12 dollars my car was spotless never have I went thru a drive thru car wash and it do the job this one does definitely impressed big plus the vacuum is FREE and that too works very well very satisfied customer

The staff are so helpful!!! One gentleman helped me wash the bugs off of my front end, side mirrors and windshield. He also helped me with checking out!!!! The wash was excellent and did a wonderful job!!!!! I have always come to Sassy’s since it opened and will certainly continue to come!!! Thank you, Sassy Suds!!
Car comes out looking great and the Management staff is outstanding and very friendly!
VERY clean, I did the Super Sassy (top option) since its been a while and prepped my vehicle with the bug station! Amazing wash! I normally see dripping under mirrors and license plate at other washes, but no drips here!! Love how clean the tires and rims came out! Vacuums worked very well as I have lotsss of dog hair (PS it will suck up receipts so take out all your trash😂) Definitely will return!!! 🧼💙
The car wash did a great job cleaning my vehicle. As I was vacuuming, I locked the keys inside. The Sassy Suds‘ owners and workers were very kind and helpful. They called AAA for me and allowed me to wait inside for Pop A Lock. They even offered to drive me to Kaplan to get the extra set of keys. Thank you so much! I will be back!
bug wash was empty so I still have bugs on my car & the vacuums have poor suction...very disappointing for a NEW car wash...my expectations were higher after purchasing the MOST expensive wash from a new car wash
I have the monthly pass and love it. My truck is always clean and shiny!
