Poor communication and planning. I was told to sign in, then was sat to soak just to be told after 15 mins that the nail tech would not have time to do my pedicure and that I should make an appointment tomorrow. If there wasn’t a walk in space I never should have had my feet soaked.
Gwen is fabulous. Gave my friend and me great pedi’s. She gives an amazing foot/leg massage too!

Sassy Nails is now under new ownership. This is the best thing that has happened. The previous owners just left their clients in the lurch and the new owner alone. I went today for my normal appointment and I have had my nails done the best they have ever been.. I highly recommend that everyone that has gone there In the past, to continue to go and give this new owner, Gwen, a chance. You won't be disappointed.
THE WORSE NAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Let me start from the beginning. I called to schedule a nail appointment for 6pm and was also quoted 25$ for full set medium length nails coffin shape. I arrived at 6:02pm things are going good. We are now at the point where "I" decide on the length of my nails and the nail Tech ask's "how long do you want your nails?" before I could bring my hand up from the nail techs grasp, she started clipping my nails then said " this should be fine" I looked and was not satisfied with her choice of... read more
