Went for pedicure with boyfriend's mom. Service was fine until I was pressured into getting clean up manicure. The nail artist, who was not paying attention and being very careless then proceeded to cut my finger with the cuticle clippers, causing my finger to bleed profusely until we got home. When we came back to complain, they made me come inside and told me to take the bandages off (after I already doctored the injury myself) just to tell me they can't give me a refund because of their "policy". Rose was so good and kind she did a great job on my dip nails. Such a coincidence we’re both from Ohio and we have ties with Vietnamese was so nice learning about her and her life. The store is clean and welcoming they even offered me a drink! I will be back

definitely should’ve stuck to my original nail spa the only reason I decided to go try this place out is because it was closer to home the tech that did my pedicure was very friendly but she nicked two of my toes and cut a couple of my nails so far down until they don’t even look good if it was summer I definitely would not wear my feet out at any point until my nails grow back they look terrible she also did my full set of acrylic I wanted SQUARE not square round or coffin but only a few of my nails are actually SQUARE I as... read more
