Absolutely the WORST customer service, we will NEVER go back ! About 15 of us were there for a wedding. I Got hung up on, and the credit card receipt slammed down at me all because of JOAN'S mistake of telling me my sisters appointment was cancelled for not paying when I PAID months beforehand. My hair turned out beautiful by Nicole, but to deal with JOAN trying to argue with me in front of a wedding party when we previously discussed the arrangement over the phone is absolutely RIDICULOUS!
