Called to make an appointment to bleach my hair. I asked the hairstylist what their process was for bleaching hair. He said he couldn't tell me, "because I wouldn't understand." Very condescending... I told him it was MY hair he was going to be bleaching, so I'd like to know his process. He immediately told me to find someone else and hung up. 😑 If you can't explain to someone your process, then what are you hiding? Loved this place! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and I absolutely loved my haircut. They really listened to what I wanted and delivered even better than I imagined. My friend recommended this place and now this is my favorite place too. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great cut!
