I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I received a color service that turned out patchy, uneven, and not blended properly. I reached out to the salon via call and text to give them a chance to refund, but unfortunately they refused. I ended up having to go to another salon and pay additional money to correct the work. I have been going to Felisha at this location since 2022. She is an amazing hair stylist. Very caring and professional. She is really good at adapting to her customers needs and making them feel comfortable. The salon itself is very nice.
