I've been going to this salon for several years but after an awful experience yesterday I am finally throwing in the towel! Yesterday, while the salon was full of people getting nail services, a man came in and started arguing with one of the ladies working here. It quickly turned into a screaming match between 4 employees and this man. Extremely hostile and not relaxing at all. Afterwards, not a word was uttered to the patrons from the employees. I absolutely love this place and I am shocked at the reviews. I've been seeing Lynn for almost 20 years and have followed her from shop to shop. Her brother owns the shop and they are both absolutely wonderful. I will not allow anyone except Lynn to do my feet! Awesome place!

Went to richmond to visit my family on vacay. Went to sassys for a spa pedicure. Decided to get the 35.00 delux spa, and the attendant kept pushing me to purchase the 45.00 spa. Once i stuck tk my guns and said no firmly for thd 3rd time, service went dow hill quickly. The spa was supposed to last 35 minutes according to their brochure, but mine only last for about 20 minutes. I decided not to press the issue but choose to ignore it.
