I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and waited 15 minutes at the front desk and no one even greeted me. Since it was now 5 minutes over my scheduled appointment, I walked to the salon side of the area and asked if there was somewhere else I should check in and the person said she was the one to check me in. Waited another 10 minutes (appointment is now 15 minutes over the scheduled start time) and still no one. Laser tattoo removal from here is just bad. There is a reason they don't openly share any before and after pictures. My appointment took over half an hour, at more sophisticated clinics they can do it in about 10/15 minutes. However, what I thought was the worst part, they make you wear these goggles like the ones at tanning salons to prevent you from seeing the procedure. Respectable laser removal techs will provide you the proper eyewear to protect your eyes during the process while allowing you to watch (if you choose to)... read more

My daughter went for a haircut, showed her a picture and certainly didn’t get what she asked for .. Thinned out my daughters thick hair. Now it is thin and looks awful. Think the staff needs to get updated on new hairstyles. Very disappointed and none of our family will be back. At this point my daughter needs hair extensions because her hair was ruined. Jess was the best and have not been thrilled since.
