Had a horrific experience here. Disorganized front desk to poor dental work. I got suprise billing in the mail and they kept messing up on my blue cross number. Then I lost a tooth that I never needed to by bad work by Dr. Kuemper. I think about it daily as it left me emotionally unwell. I hated the repeated calls/texts from their social media director pressuring me to take down bad reviews which isn't even l egal to do so. I have been going to Saskatoon smiles for a few years now. Mel Chanthaseng is my hygienist and is literally one of the best in the city! She is thorough, professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. She truly cares for each of her patients. Dr Antosh is my dentist and always makes sure my issues are addressed and gives me options to consider before just jumping into a treatment plan. I feel my review has been a long time coming. Dr Wes has been our dentist for the past 10 or so years. We were so happy to become his patients. He has cared for our entire family. He is considerate, friendly and professional. He is a perfectionist and takes special care to make sure everything is exceptional. His attitude is extended through his entire office on Central Avenue. They should also be commended for the welcoming atmosphere they offer to all who enter. Dr. Antosh is knowledgeable and friendly. I am glad I finally found a dentist my kids feel comfortable seeing, and the play area in the waiting room is fantastic. He had done my Invisalign and is currently working on my sons Invisalign and I couldn’t be more happy with my teeth! I would recommend Dr. Antosh to everyone I know.
Love coming to the dentist clinic the staff is really nice, comforting and actually caring. Very professional while maintaining uplifting and relaxing environment. Mel is hands down the best dental hygienist in the city in the province, and even in the country. She makes sure you're completely satisfied with your results before leaving the dental clinic.
