During a fly-in fishing trip, I experienced a sudden retinal detachment-something no one ever expects, especially in a remote location. I had an eye injury 3 months ago at work, where I almost lost my eye. I could only see white for around 5 hours. Dr. Wu an intern of Dr. Rawlings, fixed and saved my eye ball, with 4 different drops. Who I am forever thankful..! I went to work, the next day after she cleared me because I love what I do. But notice, I was a hazard to myself and have been off work ever since. July 9, 2025.
