I had an appointment at 8:00 a.m. when the clinic opened, but still had to wait about 30 minutes to see the doctor. This has happened more than once, which is a bit frustrating, especially for early appointments. The staff are polite, but I hope the scheduling can be improved to reduce wait times.
Dr. Mia is a great Dr. and we had a great experience dealing with him. However, this place is horribly ran. We have come to our appointment over 3 times on time and we would see the Dr. after 1 whole hour. This has happened 3 separate times all ranging within the hour range. What is the whole point of an appointment if we will wait a whole hour to see the Dr. There is a clear lack of respect to the patient’s time.
Dr. Mia performed a myringotomy with a tympanostomy (insertion) and did a terrible job of it. Never another visit with this guy. Furthermore, he lied and told me the lidocaine takes effect immediately. I did the same procedure in Prince Albert... waited 30 minutes.I am not a fool Dr. mia. Full effect takes longer than immediately. Needless to say, the procedure was a horrible experience.
Dr Moolman is absolutely fantastic. I've been to see him twice and yes, while the first appt took a little time as one would expect, I was very happy with him. He actually cares about what is going on in my nose and takes the time to make sure no unnecessary procedures are needed.
