Dr. Mia’s receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. Never seen such rude receptionist in any doctor’s office.
I was referred to Dr. Mia for persistent strep throat, and problems with my nose. After reading the reviews, I was extremely hesitant and worried about going to my appointment. Upon arrival, the receptionist was extremely nice, and friendly. After waiting, I got in with Dr. Mia expecting him to not listen to my concerns, brush me off, and move on to the next patient. Receptionist was extremely rude as I had to cancel my father’s appointment due to his passing. Also I had an appointment with dr Mia a year ago- waiting 5 months for an apt and he looked in my ear and said I was fine. I have no idea how this office is still in business with the terrible reviews and garbage customer service?
My experience with Dr. Mia aligns with other negative reviews here. I was referred to him due to persistent throat symptoms and scheduled an appointment. During my visit, he briefly examined me, said "you're fine," and ended the appointment without providing any advice or solutions for my symptoms. Unfortunately, I still experience these throat issues, as Dr. Mia did not make any effort to try and find out what was causing my symptoms, and he made no effort in trying to treat my symptoms. Waiting for 2 months end up here with Dr Mia for 2 minutes without explanation, diagnosis and examination. He said he could do nothing with my rhinitis. OMG what he’s doing there? Is he a licensed doctor? I have never seen a doctor like this without empathy at all. He doesn’t deserve taxpayer’s money!!! Also staff are rude and full of ignorance!
