Decided to run in and get my hair washed and blow-dried since I was in the area. The woman in the third chair spoke loudly on the phone while trying to wash my hair with one hand, then she kept stopping to mess with her phone. In the middle of flat ironing my hair, she kept stopping to fiddle with her phone. I will keep going where I've been going because they don't tell me I need to trim my hair for an extra $20 to get the look I want. They get the job done with no excuses. I am so impressed by the service I got here! I got a silk press in the lady was very gentle with my hair. The silk press was so nice it lasted me so long I kept it in longer than I probably should have. I was waiting to make my review to see if I had heat damage, but there was none! Very affordable and very good service!
