Dr. Noe is very thorough, and is interested on my concerns. She's friendly and very knowledgeable. Her staff is professional and friendly. I've never had to sit for long periods of time in the waiting room, I'm also able to get my blood work done in office which is quick and convenient.
I would not recommend this doctor.
I found Dr Noe to be very conscientious, always taking time to listen to me and to explain her diagnosis. Her bedside manner is excellent; I feel she cares for the patient, not just the symptoms. I am most happy to havè her for my doctor.
Recurring overcharges, demand for higher-than-required out of pocket and deductibles - I'm finally switching Doctors.
Dr Noe is the first PCP that I have met since leaving NY in 2000 that is concerned with her patient and not with the clock. She listens to you and explains everything to you. If you don't understand she will take time to make certain you know what to expect from treatment. I just pray that she does not leave the area.
