DR Noe ignored my mom’s cancer symptoms, which led to it, moving to a stage four. And recently she caught pneumonia, and has COPD, the urgent care doctor advised us to go to a pulmonologist or hospital right away, and Dr. Noes office is refusing to give her the referral to the pulmonologist simply because she did not go to their office for the urgent care visit. My initial phone contact with the office was very impressive. Michelle was kind, informative and welcoming. I was new to the area & state. Dr. Noe & staff were very relatable & friendly. I never felt rushed & had all my questions & concerns discussed. The office was a great source of recommendations for my other healthcare needs & I’ve found all as caring as Dr.Noe & her office.

Doctor Noe has helped me under how cannabis helps the body and the mind. As well, she has helped me understand the benefits of cbd oil. Doctor Noe is great at educating one to the medical facts re these natural medications. As a result, I have eliminated lunesta, cut back on gabapentin, and lead a very productive life, despite a terribly botched surgery.

Dr. Noe has been my primary care physician for several years. Very recently, and during the Pandemic, I developed Shingles, very painful. It took me a couple of days to understand that it was something worse than a rash. Truly the expert in the field of medical cannabis! She has 25 years of experience and not other physician in the world can compete with that! She had helped me and many individuals I know. She's the best doctors I have ever seen in decades!
The supposed expert in medical cannabis gave me a "prescription" with a range of dosage. I started with a mid-range and it threw me for a loop! It was so scary I called for advice and was told I must pay $150 for a new appointment. Later, at the state required followup visit, I explained the dose was over the top, whereupon she gave me the exact same "prescription". I then decided to be my own expert.
